CDSA Patron Tom Boyd delighted the members of the DSA by doing an online Q & A.
In these difficult times it was a great way to lift spirits with tales of Tom’s memories. Tom played almost 600 games for Motherwell, Chelsea & Celtic winning 9 major trophies (3 league cups, 3 Scottish cups & 3 league titles” as well as over 70 appearances for Scotland.
The Q & A was held during the CAFÉ week of action and promotion of access to football through DSA’s (Disabled Supporters Associations). The CDSA committee are truly thankful to Tom for his time and his continued support.
Very positive feedback was received:
“A great effort by the CDSA in such trying times, Tom Boyd as knowledgeable and entertaining as ever”
“Tom, sharing memories of his days with Celtic. We are so lucky to have him as our Patron, hopefully next time we’ll see him in person”
Tickets: the CDSA do not have control over match day tickets, these are allocated by the Celtic ticket office.
We can, as season-ticket holders, help someone else have the opportunity to attend a match. If you are unable to attend a game you can let the ticket office know and they can provide paper tickets for someone else to go in your place for a specific game. This will have no affect on your season ticket, and this service is in full agreement with Celtic ticket services. The person being allocated a ticket for that game only is charged a small fee, £10.00 in total for themselves and a companion. Furthermore, the person who normally uses your companion seat can be relocated to a another place free of charge.
Please use this service for the benefit of your fellow disabled supporters.
